What should I include?
What you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and which phone and operating-system version you were on. A screenshot helps. Never send a practice recording unless you want to: nothing in the app requires it, and the app itself never uploads one.
What happens to what I send?
It is read, answered, and kept only as long as it takes to deal with it. The privacy policy covers the rest. Privacy policy.
How do I get my data, or delete it?
It is already on your phone: the history is in the app, the encrypted backup is your export, and deleting the app deletes the data. For anything about the website, or any right under the privacy law where you live, email the address above.
Is the app available yet?
SkillMirror is in development and is not yet available in the app stores. The How it works page shows the real screens as built today.
